Enfocus Instant PDF 4 is a superb new PDF creation tool from Enfocus that allows users with little or no experience of PDF production to produce print-ready PDF files direclty from a wide variety of applcations including QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign CS and Microsoft Word on PC or Mac. In addition, Mac users can now use the built in Mac OS PDF engine to produce print-quality documents without needing to use expensive 3rd party PDF producer software.

In this course, we look at how to set up and share Instant PDF print queues, from the simple sharing and installing of queues to the creation of Preflight Profiles that determine how the files are produced and Certified Workflows that can help guarantee print quality throughout any complexiity of workflow.

By the end of this one day course, you will be able to set up, use and share Instant PDF queues, create PitStop Preflight Profiles and guarantee quality as part of a Certified PDF workflow.
