Enfocus PitStop Professional Essentials - Cardiff

Enfocus PitStop Professional has become the standard tool for editing and preflighting PDF files for print workflows. With Enfocus PitStop Professional you can make manual changes to PDF files, check the properties of individual elements in a PDF files, perform highly comprehensive preflights of your documents and with PitStop’s power Action Lists you can even automate many tedious changes you need to make to PDF files

In this one day introduction to Enfocus PitStop Professional taught by an Adobe Acrobat and Enfocus Certified trainer, we see how to edit and change PDF documents and how to produce a solid, error-free workflow. A wide range of topics examining all aspects of PDF production and reliability will be covered during the two days.

By the end of this course, you will know your way around this complex plug-in and will be able to preflight and distribute PDF documents with confidence at every stage of your workflow.

Course Target Audience and delegate prerequisites

This course is intended for graphic designers, creative professionals, print professionals, publishers, pre-press professionals, and marketing communications professionals.

Ahead of taking this course the trainee must have basic PC or Mac skills, including a fundamental understanding of a computer's operating system, how to launch an application and create and save files, as well as how to copy files from CDs and other media.

The Cardiff training centre is located in Brunel House which is only 3 minutes on foot from Cardiff Queen Street train station. Queen Street. Trains to/from Cardiff Central station run every 10 minutes. Directly opposite the building is a convenient NCP car park.

Courses are run between 10am and 5pm with an hour break for lunch and both mid morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks.
