Whilst I have scored the majority of questions high, I did find the course extremelly difficult as Ive never seen AC before and maybe being of a mature age I found it difficult to retain most of the information when instructions were even - for myself I perhaps would have benefited from step by step rather than a few instructions at a time. This is no refection on Ricardo as he was on hand each time i needed help which I felt was all the time. Unfortunately I didnt enjoy the course as i felt completely out of my depth. The reason I scored IT equipment lower was because there was a grafics issue where items you were clicking didnt highlight as they were doing on the monitor I was training from (middle monitor)

A fantastic training course as an introductory session and delivered brilliantly considering there were participants both online and on site. Ricardo was very knowledgeable about the topic and was able to demonstrate wider uses of various tools but also incredibly understanding of our own limitations and kept a good, engaging pace that was very supportive. The instructor (Rod) was approachable and patient, and moved at a pace that suited the whole class. The lunch voucher system may need revisiting however, as many of the outlets listed did not actually accept the vouchers.
