Bespoke Microsoft Copilot Basic - Half Day Introduction
Course Details
Microsoft Copilot provides AI assistance within Microsoft 365 to help users work more efficiently, generate ideas and complete everyday tasks with greater speed and clarity. This course focuses on the built-in Copilot features available to users on standard Microsoft 365 licences, without requiring additional premium access.
Rather than concentrating on advanced integrations or enterprise-wide automation, the course explores how Copilot can support individual productivity through natural language prompts. You will learn how to use Copilot to draft content, summarise information, explore ideas and improve the quality of everyday work while maintaining control and accuracy.
In this bespoke half-day course, training is tailored to your organisation’s needs and delivered through practical demonstrations and guided exercises. By the end of the session, participants will understand what Copilot can and cannot do at this level, and how to use AI responsibly and effectively as part of their daily Microsoft 365 workflow.
Course Target Audience and delegate prerequisites:
This course is intended for professionals who use Microsoft 365 in their day-to-day work and want to understand how Microsoft Copilot’s built-in AI features can help them work more efficiently. It is suitable for individuals and teams across a wide range of roles, including administration, marketing, communications, project coordination and business support. The course is particularly useful for organisations that are exploring AI tools for productivity but are not yet using Copilot for Microsoft 365 (Premium), or for users who want to build confidence with AI before moving on to more advanced Copilot capabilities.
No prior experience with AI tools is required to attend this course. Delegates should be regular users of Microsoft 365 and comfortable working with common applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel or PowerPoint.
