The trainer provided the course at a good pace (I'm a complete beginner with no previous InDesign experience or other Adobe applications), space for questions, covered a range of topics to enable me to carry out tasks in my new job e.g. donor proposals, reports etc. Plus interesting information about design principles, printing, colour, typography etc.

The course gave me exactly what I needed to start using InDesign in my role. I now feel confident I can set-up a fully branded template and then easily use it to create professional documents. That felt very daunting before completing the course! I found the sessions interactive and delivered at the right pace, with the exercises helping me embed what was being taught. Donna's knowledge was clear, always willing and able to accommodate additional questions into the sessions.

William, our tutor was brilliant throughout. He was very knowledgeable and the way he would break the source material down was great. Marek was a great tutor. Made things easy to understand and gave lots of real life examples of applications of the techniques and tools in After Effects. The lack of support on mac for the test exam environment was not ideal though but could still be done by connecting to Mareks machine remotely.

I would have liked a little more time to do the exercises myself as Donna went along. But am looking forward to getting hold of the recording to listen back and replay it as my dog was taken very ill so missed quite a lot of the course going to and from the vets both in the morning and the afternoon.
