Very clearly explained everything, went into detail, didn't feel worried asking for advice or help when needed. 10/10, really interesting couple of days, learnt so much and really eager to start implementing new skills. Allen has brough this training to life, over the two days he has taken the time to run through not only the mechanics but also the why - when things go wrong he uses it as an opportunity to show us how we can learn from it and recover. Throughout he has adapted to how we best learn - and provided us with confidence to ask questions. I am excited to apply what I have learnt. I dont think i have ever enjoyed a training course as much as this one.

Simon's extensive knowledge has been very be useful when working through this course. It was great to have a refresh of some of the introductory course content to ease us in to the course and his hints and tips throughout will prove to be very beneficial when I apply them to my future projects.

Simon was very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable throughout the day. He delivered each topic in a clear and bitesize way, which made the content easier to digest. That said, as this was an advanced one-day session, a lot was understandably covered in a short amount of time. I did find that several topics were only briefly introduced before being set aside, with the explanation that while they were interesting or "cool" features, they might not be relevant to our day-to-day use of Articulate. In those cases, we were advised to refer to the manual for further detail. Given that, I’d suggest focusing the session more on the features that are likely to be genuinely useful in practical use, and leaving the less essential or more niche topics within the manual for optional exploration.

I have a very insightful experience. The trainer provided insight and went back on things when asked for further clarity. The training group was relatively small with similar levels of understanding of Articulate. Overall it has been a very good course with a lot of information to take away and put into practice. Excellent work from the instructor, very knowledgable and helpful at all skill levels. made sure everyone was keeping up with each lesson and didn't leave anyone behind. The overhall course is quite good. Mark's PC was very slow dealing with the tool and the Zoom app, but he took a very good attitude using that loading time to follow the excercises with us and telling us tips and tricks.

Overall, Simon was great and the course covered a lot in 2 days. We had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and covered enough content to confidently go and play with the application. It would have been great to view more working examples of Storyline projects and then unpick how they were put together - this would require a longer course than 2 days though.

My only comment would be that we did not get the joining instructions and meeting invitation until the day before the course which I understood why when I rang to ask if we were getting them but if I hadn't put it in my diary it could of been forgotten about quite easily. Not sure if there is a way you can send a placeholder invite confirming place booked and you will receive links and instructions a day before the course as you can just update that initial invite.
