"Thanks very much for Wednesday. Craig was great and I really enjoyed the day. Great to get the manual and to have 6 months of support too. However, I feel it was a lot of money and not sure whether I thought it was money well spent. One on one was great - but not being at home might have made it more official..I don't know! Maybe there should be a choice of being at your office in Bristol or to do it at home. Anyway, the main thing is that I need to keep at it I suppose and then I'll see if it was money well spent!! Thanks again. "

"Good instructor knowledge - clearly was knowledgable about the subject. Learned some interesting tips and tricks during the course period. Some bits felt slightly rushed though - people asked questions on occasion and although the instructor was very willing to answer, it felt like there was more emphasis on moving on and answering the question quickly rather than answering the question in-depth. Good that there was tea and coffee making facilities, and five pounds was acceptable for lunch. However, room was a bit small - when there were four/five people in, it felt cramped on the desk where I was working. Perhaps a bigger room required when >=4 people on course. "
