I found this Copilot training course to be excellent. It covered a range of Copilot competencies and capabilities that I simply didn't know existed, and it genuinely opened my eyes to the potential the platform has for both me and my organisation. The course was delivered in an engaging and accessible way, making it easy to follow while demonstrating practical applications and real-world benefits. Although it will take some time to fully absorb everything I learned, I have come away with a much better understanding of how to navigate the platform and how to use it more effectively in my day-to-day work. I particularly appreciated the trainer's approach and the balance between demonstration, explanation and discussion. The session has given me the confidence to explore Copilot further and has highlighted opportunities to improve productivity, collaboration and the quality of my work. I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to get the most from Copilot.

Training delivery by Donna was fantastic and the course has really set me up for working in InDesign after having only Photoshop experience. My only negative point is that I found the continual interruptions and clarification requests from another student (Seraphina) really distracting. This was a combination of not listening / following along and an inadequate machine being used to run InDesign. I know the course is for all skills levels, but Donna had to repeat pretty much every instruction. It would be great if a machine spec was provided to attendees to perhaps prevent that aspect going forward. Big thanks to Donna, I'll definitely recommend to the wider team for ongoing skills building!

I really enjoyed both classes, especially Illustrator. It was really nice to get a training from a professional with experience and who is passionate about it. I am actually surprised to learn so many things in a relative short amount of time. The instructor was very precise in his explanations and putting an emphasis on going to different tools and exercises without rushing. I will leave with a lot more knowledge, and will definitely do another training!
