An excellent course very well presented, with plenty of opportunity to try out the topics covered during the course. A very patient and informative instructor who is clearly an expert in the subject and answered every question asked. Perhaps consider making the course 5 half days as it was difficult to maintain concentration towards the end of each day.

The course was very simple and straight forward, the instructor was very knowledgeable. The course was at a bit of a slow pace for myself i would of probably been able to do this in a day or a day and a half or with an hour youtube video. Having said that i understand that you can only go as quick as the slowest person so i dont think you can actually do anything about this. other then that it was very informative

I really enjoyed both classes, especially Illustrator. It was really nice to get a training from a professional with experience and who is passionate about it. I am actually surprised to learn so many things in a relative short amount of time. The instructor was very precise in his explanations and putting an emphasis on going to different tools and exercises without rushing. I will leave with a lot more knowledge, and will definitely do another training!

I already had some experience with excel but have not had any formal training, with it being the beginners course I fully expected to cover ground that I already knew, but was hoping to find faster more effective methods than I currently use. This proved to be the case, I also learnt a few new bits that I wasn't aware of. I will be requesting through our HR if I could sit the Intermediate course, as this is where I would hope my knowledge would increase significantly.

I felt that the course was full of useful information that I will be able to use in my role. The instructor was deeply knowledgeable about Photoshop and it was clear he has a passion for it. There were times when I felt we spent too long on a topic (such as filters, which I probably will not use in my job, or file types). However, I understand that other delegates may find these more useful and may have needed additional time with them. It would have been good to do more hands-on independent photoshop work while having the instructor there to give feedback.
