The trainer's knowledge and experience was evident throughout the course. We were given time to practice and ask questions. I was surprised that having learners both online and in the classroom worked as well as it did. It's not easy to balance the two and I thought the trainer did this very well.

I found the course really useful. It covered key basics, the type of stuff you could easily waste a lot of time trying to figure out yourself. Every question I asked was answered and Phil, the trainer, was really helpful and friendly. I did the course in person and that helped as he could rapidly show me something on my screen when I had a query. Thanks a lot to Phil for his enthusiasm and help.

Allen has brough this training to life, over the two days he has taken the time to run through not only the mechanics but also the why - when things go wrong he uses it as an opportunity to show us how we can learn from it and recover. Throughout he has adapted to how we best learn - and provided us with confidence to ask questions. I am excited to apply what I have learnt. I dont think i have ever enjoyed a training course as much as this one.
